Next to the gastronomic restaurant's dining room, the Bar La Chibotte in Le Broc is a meeting place of its own. The menu invites you to savour a finely curated selection of eaux-de-vie, wines from Auvergne and beyond, spirits and cocktails and warm beverages.

Here, the terroir turns green with verbena liqueurs from the Forez, magical vintages full of surprising variation. Between rustic farmhouse eaux-de-vie, distillers' liqueurs, infusions of wild herbs from the puys, and potions worthy of a discerning collector....

Terraces with a view

Along the former patrol path of the feudal castle, the Origines hotel-restaurant offers three delightful stone terraces, from which guests enjoy the superb panorama over the volcanoes of the Puy-de-Dôme. These outdoor spaces, steeped in age-old charm, are the perfect excuse for doing nothing at all: come for an unhurried drink, lose yourself in a book, enjoy an intimate aperitif, or watch the sun set behind the Sancy.

On the other side of the establishment, facing the chapel and the park of the Plateau de la Chaux, one last terrace welcomes moments of togetherness. Modern in style, furnished with armchairs, tables and banquettes, it offers a different light in which to enjoy the hospitality of Origines a little longer.
